Worth knowing before you buy
- Essentials $80 and Premium $110 per user per month billed yearly; manufacturing sits in Premium only.
- Paid subscriptions cannot be cancelled by the customer admin online: the reselling partner must cancel in Partner Center (Microsoft Learn).
- After cancellation the internal administrator keeps read-only access to export data.
- Administration roles run through the Microsoft 365 admin center (Business Central Administrator role).
- Copilot agents (Sales Order, Payables) need separately purchased Copilot Credits and an Azure subscription.
